Laurel’s Amazing Pizza!

Warm Water1 Cup
Package Yeast1 pkg
Sugar1 TBSP
Salt1.5 tsp
Flour3 Cups
Ingredient List
  • Measure warm water in bowl
  • Sprinkle in yeast
  • Stir until dissolved
  • Stir in sugar, salt, oil, and 1.5 cups flour
  • Beat until smooth
  • Fold rest of the flour in to make a stiff dough
  • Put on floured board, knead until smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes)
  • Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top
  • Cover, let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about 45 min)
  • Punch down dough
  • Roll and stretch to size of pan
  • Place in un-greased pans, pressing around edge to form rim
  • Add toppings
  • Bake @ 425 for 20 minutes.
